How to transform old factories into creative centers?

The 150-year-old building complex used to be dotted with industrial plants to the south and old residential buildings to the north.

In order to achieve urban renewal, large-scale renovation of old plants and protection and repair of lane buildings will be carried out. The industrial plants in the south will be transformed into the Creative Riverside Center and the People's City Convention and Exhibition Center; the residential area in the north will be protected, allowing the oldest lane buildings to carry the most cutting-edge online new economy.
