Adhesive fiber reinforced composite material reinforcement method

The fiber-reinforced composite material reinforcement method refers to the method of attaching the fiber-reinforced composite material to the stressed part of the original component with a cementing material to enhance the bearing capacity of the construction. Fiber-reinforced composite materials have good corrosion resistance, so they are widely used in the reinforcement of concrete structures. However, the anti-aging ability of this material is poor, and its service life and use effect depend on environmental conditions, and it is usually used in the reinforcement of indoor reinforced concrete frame structures.

Outsourcing steel reinforcement method

The outsourcing steel reinforcement method refers to a method in which the steel is clad on the surface of the reinforced concrete frame structure by sticking the vehicle to play a reinforcement role. Outsourcing steel reinforcement method is divided into dry reinforcement method and wet reinforcement method. In the dry reinforcement method, the medium-shaped steel and the reinforced concrete zheng structure are not bonded together, and the two are separately stressed, and the construction process is simple. In the wet reinforcement method, the medium-section steel and the reinforced concrete frame structure are bonded together, and the two are jointly stressed, and the reinforcement effect is better.


Replacement concrete reinforcement method

Replacement is a method of replacing the concrete in the compression area or the defective area of the original component with a new, high-strength concrete material to achieve the reinforcement effect. This method does not affect the usable area of the building, but the construction time is longer and the scope of application is narrow.


External prestressed reinforcement method

The external prestressing reinforcement method refers to the method of using steel tie rods or prestressed steel support tubes to reinforce the outside of the original member. The reinforcement effect of this method is good, but it has a certain influence on the appearance of the original member, and is suitable for the situation where the original reinforced concrete frame structure has a small cross-section or needs to improve the service performance, but it is in a state of high stress and strain and it is difficult to unload the load. When using this method, it should be judged according to the actual situation whether the steel tie rod or the prestressed steel support tube should be used.


Different reinforcement methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the environment and scope suitable for their application are also different. Therefore, when reinforcing the reinforced concrete frame structure in the actual project, it is necessary to optimize the design according to the specific environment and use conditions, so as to achieve a better reinforcement effect and ensure the rationality of the reinforcement work.
