Surface protection after carbon fiber strengthening

(1) Purpose: Avoid whitening of resin glue. The carbon fiber impregnated glue on the surface layer will be aging and whitening under the influence of ultraviolet rays and ozone.

(2) When there is a fire resistance requirement, asbestos mortar or cement mortar should be used to plaster the surface (the carbon fiber impregnating glue can be glued to the surface of the fiber cloth to roughen it).

(3) When it is necessary to buffer the impact of vehicles, etc. on the carbon fiber surface, a mortar protective layer or a net can be used to pour a layer of high-strength concrete to make the protective layer and fiber cloth have sufficient adhesion strength.

(4) If color beautification is required, color glue or color paint can be used.
